Envision Madison Hosts Town Hall Meetings

Envision Madison, an initiative for planning Madison County, Idaho's future, held four town hall meetings May 1-3. The meetings were a way for residents to share their thoughts on four scenarios of future life in the greater Rexburg area.

Betsy Byrne - Associate Planner

Prior to Envision Utah, Betsy worked for the National Park Service Rivers, Trails, & Community Assistance program, where she provided technical assistance to community-led outdoor recreation and natural resource conservation projects.

Betsy has a master’s degree from the Landscape Architecture & Environmental Planning program at Utah State University, where she focused on active transportation, recreation and open space planning, and resilient community design.

Stacy Bergener - Executive Office Assistant

Stacy is a Utah native and her love for the Beehive State motivates her to support Envision Utah's planning staff in their never-ending endeavors to make Utah the best state in which to live. Stacy is the adventurous type who prefers to spend her free time outdoors.
