Subject: HB 96 - Not a good bill
Date: Thu Feb 06 15:03:52 MST 2014
Dear Representatives,
I've just been reading this bill and I am appalled that a bill creating yet another layer of government named School Readiness Board with an ability to spend an amount reaching $15 million dollars, which continually monitors and tracks our children via data collection while by-passing the general procurement process is proposed by Republicans!!!!!

This bill smells of Common Core, government over reach, intrusion into our privacy and I can't believe this could even get out of committee!

Please vote NO and don't allow this extremely poor bill out of committee!

Thank you for your consideration.
