Dear Representative Lifferth
We urge you to vote against any & all anti-discrimination bills as they create a preferred class & actually result in reverse discrimination. Further these attempts to force third party subservience to the same sex agenda masks an attack on Religion & if passed will cut away private exercise of our Constitutional Religious freedom. The fundamental Right of Religious freedom in the 1 st Amendment is more important than inconveniencing anyone.
The LGBT movement has the freedom to practice their sexual preference right now but they are not content with that freedom. Now they want to take away the religious freedom of those who, because of private conscience feel they cannot participate in or support the LGBT life style. It has been said that “Faith, Family, & Freedom are intertwined, when one is cut they all bleed.”
The current language of this Anti-discrimination bill appears to be limited in scope. Consider:                                                                                                                                                1. 1. The principle however limited is still the same.
                                                                                                                                                2. History has shown that once the principle is accepted in any degree it will then expand & become more intrusive& oppressive. .                                                                                                                                                                                         3. No adequate evidence has been presented that the LGBT community is in fact unable to obtain adequate housing or employment under the present law.
Please do not allow the label of anti-discrimination to hide reverse discrimination, as that is unacceptable. Please urge your fellow Legislators to campaign against anti-discrimination legislation.
Thank you for your service
