Representative,

The attached powerpoint file shows the state of the judiciary department of Utah at present.  This is not a full explanation as this presentation is given live and explained with more depth verbally.  But it does show that we, as Utah citizens do not have a lawful judicial system and that all those persons serving as judges and prosecutors have no lawful standing or authority to so serve.  If you are interested in the documentation that validates this, feel free to call me at 801-750-7556.  I would be happy to explain it to you and provide you with copies of the research and other legal proceedings that have been in the works.

Note; this has been the subject of at least 2 lawsuits in which members of the present "acting" supreme court justices, the governor and other judges and prosecutors have been served summons' but have not answered.  All who have been served are in default at this time.

I think it very important that all members of the House be aware of this. There are grave consequences if the citizens are educated about these facts  (and they will be). As the presentation shows, the unlawful state began in 1984 and has existed since.  All orders by any judges are null and void.  All legal cases adjudicated since Nov. 1984 are left open to lawsuits and to be reheard because judges and prosecutors had no standing or authority to do what ever it is they did.  Damaged parties could bankrupt the state in lawsuits.

There is more....  I await your response.  Ignoring these issues will not change the facts.

Thank you
Fred Brunsvik
