As a concerned parent of two children, I strongly urge you to pass HB 342 by Rep. Dana Layton. Yielding to the federal government to tell us what standards we should be teaching our children, and not allowing our children to excel is detrimental to our state and our country. We need to maintain the right and ability to create our own high quality standards. Common Core is a disaster on our society. Please support our children's education and future by voting for this bill.
