Dear SIrs,
I have been watching this legislative session with some concern. While there are several issues facing our state in this day and age, there are simple things we can do to fix our economy or at least prevent damage to it. You already have people running to Nevada for gambling, Wyoming for liquor and fireworks, and Idaho for lottery tickets, now you're going to send people out of state to fish and kayak? HB 37 is a sensible bill and deserves further consideration, so why is it still stuck in rules? My family and I know the benefit of steam access laws, since 2010 we have been fishing in Idaho and Montana a lot more due to lack of accessible fishing streams in Utah. Explain to me the economic benefit of a "No Fishing, Private Property" sign. Sincerely, Tres Wangsgaard
