Feb 10, 2014 Representative Lee Perry State Capitol , Suite 350 350 North State Street Salt Lake City, UT 84114 Dear Representative Perry, I am writing to ask that you support school readiness and vote YES on HB96. It's very clear that the United States is continuing to fall behind the rest of the world in education, particularly Science and Math. Part of the reason other countries have an advantage is that children are beginning education at earlier ages during the time where their minds are primed for learning. I feel this is an important aspect to regaining a competitive edge in the world economy and also for the State of Utah.
