People always say that children are our future. Some even believe it. Those who advance this bill believe it. Lets get the children of Utah on the right educational path, and early, so that they can help us build a greater Utah. HB96 will offer an innovative way to partner with the private sector, increase the number of at-risk students who can access high-quality preschool programs, and ensure that children are ready to learn. HB96 is about giving parents choices and providing at-risk children with opportunities for a better life! It's also about building a better future for everyone.
