Dear Representatives,
I ask you to please vote no on HB 96! I know this sounds good in theory but as a mom I know this is not going to improve education. What starts out as a voluntary program always has the potential to lead to force. There are already so many free preschools available for low income. Upstart is an excellent resource and we already have Head Start. Not to mention all the free preschools available online. This bill will essentially put private preschools out of business. I believe parents should have a choice! Please vote NO on this bill. Thank you Kimberly Smith
