Body:
Dear Utah legislator,
The Preschool Bill builds on a false premise that the way to solve societies problems is to further marginalize the family unit as the first building block of society. A wise educator once said, "Every idea or act that seeks to disorganize or weaken the family is an enemy to education." The first aim to strengthen society should always be to strengthen the family first. If we do not start with the correct premise, we will always fall short of our desired goals. Please vote against HB96. JaKell Sullivan Sandy, UT
