Subject: Support of HB 38
Sent: Sun, Feb 9, 2014 2:20:12 AM

I just wanted to take a few moments to express my support for HB38. Please help us get this bill out of rules and into subcommittee. These public waterways need to be given back to the public. Although this compromise is not perfect, it is certainly a step in the right direction. The many outdoor enthusiasts who reside in Utah should be able to access and enjoy their local waterways to the fullest extent. Please help my voice be heard along with the many other supporters of this bill by bringing it to subcommittee. We must make a change that allows people to fully enjoy what this state offers in unique and exceptional outdoor experiences.

Thank you for your time and consideration
