1. It encourages Moms to exchange home for work by providing free daycare (renamed preschool). Thereby turning over education to the State and the State's control.

2. It discourages the bearing of children by implementing a database or tracking system of children's personal information, education, and perceived intelligence. (line 84) from ages 3-20. It's like living in a communist country. 

3. This leads us closer to a demographic winter and economic woes of such which are already easily seen in Greece.

4.It expands the role of the State as the basic unit of society (the family being subservient to the needs and wants of the State) instead of the family.
