Dear Members of the Rules Committee,
I would like to urge you to pass HB 37 and HB 233 out of Rules and on to the House floor so that they can both be debated on their individual merits. Hopefully the stream access and the related public trust obligation subject will not likely go away until these bills at the opposite sides of spectrum are heard.
