I am a concerned citizen of Utah and fully support HB 37 – The Public Waters Access Act. I feel this is a fair compromise between landowners and the taxpayers of Utah which fund our waterways. Please move this bill out of the House Rules Committee and allow a vote to hopefully pass this bill in the House & Senate.
