Dear Legislators of the Utah House,
I respectfully request that you allow H.B. 37 PUBLIC WATERS ACCESS ACT to be lifted out of Rules and into subcommittee. I have been a resident of Utah for well over 33 years and educated by two of its higher institutions of education. In my education, my living in Utah, my fishing and my professional practices, I have learned the importance of private property rights. I have also learned to honor those in concert with the interests of the broader community. This bill is a good compromise that allows all of our interests to be honored.
