Dear Rules Committee,
I respectfully ask that you forward Rep. Pitcher's Public Waters Access Act into a subcommittee. This is critical legislation needed to restore public access to public waterways. I'm an avid kayaker and packrafter who has lost my ability to safely recreate on many public streams and rivers in Utah.
