Gentlemen of the House Rules Committee.
I am a concerned citizen of the state of Utah. Before you today for this legislative session is a bill that I feel incredibly strongly about. HB 37, the stream access compromise bill, is a bill that has broad reaching implications for the recreational future of our state. I am employed in the outdoor industry, and understand the import that outdoor recreation has on our livelihood and economic development as a state. Please help us to pass this landmark bill into law.
