LEGISLATURES MUST STUDY THE CONSTITUTION
After the Revolutionary War, at the Second Constitutional convention, to preserve the existing Colonial Republic, planners of the Constitution gave only Delegated powers to a Colonial Federal Government.
The planners of the Constitution gave power to the States’ legislatures and its people. Members of the State Legislature must study the Constitution.

AMENDMENT X
The powers not DELEGATED TO THE UNITED STATES by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. (A Republic’s power begins at the State’ legislatures made of “quasi equal populated districts” or at the States’ people within “quasi equal populated districts.”)
POWERS DELEGATED TO THE UNITED STATES
ARTICLE I TO VII is the delegated power of the 10th Amendment to the United States of America and must not be violated!
ARTICLE I
Section 1 all legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
Section 2 The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States,,,
Section 3 the Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, chosen by the Legislature thereof, for six Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote.
(A 17th Amendment violation)
Section 9, Clause 4: "No capitation, or other direct tax,” shall be levied, unless in proportion to the census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken…"
(A 16th Amendment violation)
Section 8To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;
(A Federal Reserve Act violation)
ARTICLE II
Section 1 the executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America…
ARTICLE III
Section 1 the judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one Supreme Court and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.
ARTICLE IV
Section 4 The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government,,,
ARTICLE V
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments,,,

NUCLEAR OPTION
(“Nuclear option” violates ARTICLE V)
The “nuclear option” is a form of mob rule where dominating parties have controls. The dominating parties or factions (mobs) tend to want to control minority opposition.

ARTICLE V
Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress…
Using ARTICLE V the State legislature may impeach the president.
Using, ARTICLE V, the State Legislatures may repeal the following:
· 17th Amendment
· 16th Amendment
· Federal Reserve Act
The “power of representation” and “power of taxation” is restored to State’s “quasi equal populated districts.”
OBAMACARE WAGE TAX
Obamacare is a wage tax. Under the 16th Amendment, a company passes the Obamacare tax to the federal government and the market place. Obamacare wage tax becomes a sales tax on a company’s product.

The federal government collects the Obamacare tax three times over.
Wage earners pay the Obamacare tax three times over. Non-wage earners pay the Obamacare tax two times over.
Non-wage earners include the following:
· People on social security
· People on unemployment
· People on medicare
· People using stimulus money
Using, ARTICLE V, the State Legislatures may repeal the following:
· No Child Left Behind Amendment
· Same Sex Marriage Amendment
· Roe Versus Wade Amendment
· Obamacare
· National Security Agency
The following violate an ARTICLE of the 10th Amendment:
· 17th Amendment
· 16th Amendment
· “Executive Order”
· “Nuclear Option”
Since the 10th Amendment is one of the amendments of the Bill Of rights, the Bill Of Rights has been violated. This situation existed since 1913 (progressive era). The 10th Amendment protects the States governments’ rights. It’s up to the States’ governments to use ARTICLE V of 10th Amendment to return the United States government back to a Republic form of government.
