I am sending this email in hopes that it will help persuade you not support the purposed house bill 112.  I agree that the needs to be licensing of retail and liquid manufacturers, penalties with underage possession and sell to youth. 

What I do not support online sales ban.  There are many rural counties and towns that do not have access to brick and mortar locations.  They rely on the ability to purchase their e-cigarettes, e-juice and other such supplies online. Taking this away would give them little option but to return to analog cigarettes they were able to quit in the first place.
