Subject: I Withdraw My Objections to SB 57
Date: Fri Mar 07 07:16:01 MST 2014
Members of the Utah Legislature,

I am the guy (with all the autistic kids) who has pestered you to oppose the Autism bills.

SB 57 was substituted in Committee yesterday. With that substitution, it is no longer an "AutismSpeaks" bill.  It eliminates the inappropriate dominance of the ABA treatment.   So now, all of the objections I have presented are no longer applicable.

I thank the sponsors and everyone else who worked to improve the bill.  I am also very grateful for those who allow common citizens to have a place alongside all the "powerful" people and well organized and funded groups.  Utah truly has a legislature that is interested in representing it's citizens.
