MOJAC hopes 2014 be a more successful and prosperous New Year than was 2013 for you.

Each December, we hear more and more horrific drunk driving cases. The one buzzing in the national media surrounds a young teen in Texas who suffers from"affluenza."

Be careful on the road this holiday season. Drinking and Driving victims' families just do not receive the justice they are looking for. Imagine a judge in Texas, who suppose to have common sense, agrees with the defense that this young teen suffers from affluenza. Junk science? Perhaps!
