5/7/2025Enacted by Chapter 415, 2025 General Session2025Consumer reporting agency -- Prohibitions.Except as provided in Subsection (2), a consumer reporting agency may not report information relating to:an arrest not resulting in a conviction;a criminal charge not resulting in a conviction;an expunged conviction; ora pardoned conviction.A consumer reporting agency may report:a pending criminal charge; oran arrest that has not reached a final disposition.
