<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?><section number="75-2-503"><histories><history>Repealed and Re-enacted by Chapter <modchap sess="1998GS">39</modchap>, 1998 General Session</history><modyear>1998</modyear></histories><catchline>Writings intended as wills.</catchline><tab/>Although a document or writing added upon a document was not executed in compliance with Section <xref depth="3" refid="C75-2-S502_1800010118000101" refnumber="75-2-502" start="0">75-2-502</xref>, the document or writing is treated as if it had been executed in compliance with that section if the proponent of the document or writing establishes by clear and convincing evidence that the decedent intended the document or writing to constitute:<subsection number="75-2-503(1)">
the decedent's will;</subsection><subsection number="75-2-503(2)">
a partial or complete revocation of the will;</subsection><subsection number="75-2-503(3)">
an addition to or an alteration of the will; or</subsection><subsection number="75-2-503(4)">
a partial or complete revival of his formerly revoked will or of a formerly revoked portion of the will.</subsection></section>
