5/7/2025Enacted by Chapter 208, 2025 General Session2025Carrying a loaded firearm on a public street by an 18 to 20 year old.Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5, 76-11-101, and 76-11-201 apply to this section.An actor commits carrying a loaded firearm on a public street by an 18 to 20 year old if the actor:is 18 years old or older but younger than 21 years old; andcarries a loaded firearm on a public street.A violation of Subsection (2) is a class B misdemeanor.This section does not apply if the actor has a provisional concealed carry permit issued under Section 53-5a-305.
