5/1/2024Enacted by Chapter 186, 2024 General Session2024Commission of offense with aid of generative artificial intelligence.As used in this section, "generative artificial intelligence" means the same as that term is defined in Section 13-77-101.An actor may be found guilty of an offense if:the actor commits the offense with the aid of a generative artificial intelligence; orthe actor intentionally prompts or otherwise causes a generative artificial intelligence to commit the offense.
