after the last charge is made or the last payment is received:
<subsection number="78B-2-307(1)(a)">
upon a contract, obligation, or liability not founded upon an instrument in writing;</subsection><subsection number="78B-2-307(1)(b)">
on an open store account for any goods, wares, or merchandise; or</subsection><subsection number="78B-2-307(1)(c)">
on an open account for work, labor or services rendered, or materials furnished;</subsection></subsection><subsection number="78B-2-307(2)">
for a claim for relief or a cause of action under the following sections of <xref depth="1" refnumber="25-6" start="0">Title 25, Chapter 6, Uniform Voidable Transactions Act</xref>:
<subsection number="78B-2-307(2)(a)">
Subsection <xref depth="4" refnumber="25-6-202(1)(a)" start="0">25-6-202(1)(a)</xref>, except in specific situations where the time for action is limited to one year under Section <xref depth="3" refnumber="25-6-305" start="0">25-6-305</xref>;</subsection><subsection number="78B-2-307(2)(b)">
Subsection <xref depth="4" refnumber="25-6-202(1)(b)" start="0">25-6-202(1)(b)</xref>; or</subsection><subsection number="78B-2-307(2)(c)">
Subsection <xref depth="4" refnumber="25-6-203(1)" start="0">25-6-203(1)</xref>;</subsection></subsection><subsection number="78B-2-307(3)">
for a claim involving personal property damage to the aggrieved party's motor vehicle, as defined in Section <xref depth="3" refnumber="41-6a-102" start="0">41-6a-102</xref>, or personal property from an accident involving a motor vehicle; and</subsection><subsection number="78B-2-307(4)">
for relief not otherwise provided for by law.</subsection></section>
