5/7/2025Amended by Chapter 493, 2025 General Session2025Eight years.An action may be brought within eight years upon the date of: entry of a judgment or decree of any court of the United States, or of any state or territory within the United States; orrenewal of a judgment described in Subsection (1) according to the procedures and requirements of Title 78B, Chapter 6, Part 18, Renewal of Judgment Act.
