APPROPRIATION FOR TUACAHN FOUNDATION
1997 GENERAL SESSION

AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $25,000 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-98 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF
COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR THE TUACAHN
FOUNDATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
This act enacts uncodified material.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Appropriation.
There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1997-98 $25,000 to the
Department of Community and Economic Development for the Tuacahn Foundation to further the
state's interest in promoting cultural arts, travel, and tourism.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act takes effect on July 1, 1997.
