APPROPRIATION TO SPECIES PROTECTION ACCOUNT

                  AN ACT RELATING TO SPECIES PROTECTION; APPROPRIATING $150,000 FROM THE
                  GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 TO THE SPECIES PROTECTION
                  ACCOUNT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
                  This act enacts uncodified material.
                  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
                      Section 1. Appropriation.
                      There is appropriated $150,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99 to the
                  Species Protection Account created in Section 63-34-14 .
                      Section 2. Effective date.
                      This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
