6 AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC EDUCATION; REPEALING THE UTAH FOUNDATION
7 FOR EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE ACT.
8 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
9 REPEALS:

18 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:

26 Section 53A-4-106, Restrictions on powers of foundation.
27 Section 53A-4-107, Tax exemption of foundation.
