APPROPRIATION FOR ROY MUSEUM
2 1998 GENERAL SESSION
3 STATE OF UTAH

5 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $150,000 FROM THE
6 GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF
7 COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR THE ROY CITY MUSEUM; AND
8 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 There is appropriated $150,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99 to the
13 Department of Community and Economic Development to be disbursed to the City of Roy for
14 renovation projects at the Roy City Museum to help fulfill the statewide public purpose of
15 contributing to the state's culture by improving and enhancing museum facilities for the people of
16 the state.
17 Section 2. Effective date.
18 This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
