    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 81, MOTIONS TO VACATE EX PARTE PROTECTIVE ORDERS, by Representative P. Larson, with the following amendments:
1.     Page 2, Line 3:     Delete "That motion shall be heard by the judge who issued the exparte"
2.     Page 2, Line 4:    Delete "protective order pursuant to Subsection (1)."
