    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 291, HIGHER EDUCATION TUITION WAIVERS, by Representative J. Hickman, with the following amendments:

    1.     Page 2, Line 29:    After "received" delete "an honorable" and insert "a"
    2.     Page 2, Line 29:    After "discharge" insert ", under honorable conditions"
    3.     Page 2, Line 31:    After "system" insert ", if he or she starts school within 180 days of discharge"
