    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 294, APPROPRIATION FOR ROY MUSEUM, by Representative G. Adair, with the following amendments:
    1. Page 1, Line 5:    after "APPROPRIATING" delete "$150,000" and insert "$85,000"
    2. Page 1, Line 12:     after "appropriated" delete "$150,000" and insert "$85,000"
