    The Transportation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 307, REGULATION OF IMPOUNDED VEHICLES, by Representative C. Saunders, with the following amendments and recommends it be placed on the Consent Calendar.
1.    Page 2, Line 21:    After line 21 insert :
        "(8) The division or the peace officer who seizes a vehicle shall record the mileage shown on the vehicle's odometer at the time of seizure, if the vehicle is equipped with an odometer."
