Mr. Speaker:

    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 404, USE OF CIGARETTE TAX, by Representative S. Barth, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 9:    After "THE" delete "DIVISION OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE" and insert "DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH"

2.    Page 2, Line 7:    After "The" delete "Division of Substance Abuse created in Section 62A-8-103" and insert "Department of Health"
