    The Health and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 19, AIR QUALITY BOARD POWERS, by Senator L. McAllister, with the following amendments:

1.     Page 1, Line 6:    After "TO" delete "ALLOW ESTABLISHMENT OF" and insert "STUDY"
2.     Page 2, Line 13:    After "(i)" delete "establishing on or before July 31, 1999," and insert "studying, evaluating, and making recommendations to the Legislature regarding"
