Mr. President:
The Judiciary Committee has held its last scheduled meeting and reports that it has deleted S.B. 27, CITIZEN PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNMENT ACT, by Senator R. Evans, and replaced it with 1st Sub. S.B. 27, CITIZEN PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNMENT ACT, and has returned it to the Rules Committee with the following amendment:
1. Page 3, Line 61: After "motion." insert "Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the court from imposing any other costs or sanctions available to the prevailing party under URCP Rule 11."
