Representative Sheryl Allen proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 12: Delete "AT LEAST SIX" and insert "THREE"
2. Page 1, Line 13: After "OF THE" delete "2002" and insert "2000" and after "SEMESTER;" insert "REQUIRING THE STATE BOARD OF REGENTS TO CONSIDER ESTABLISHING ADDITIONAL BACCALAUREATE PROGRAMS;"
3. Page 5, Line 134: After "establish" delete "at least six" and insert "three"
4. Page 5, Line 135: After "(2)(a)" delete "Three of the" and insert "The three" and after "programs" insert ", as determined by the State Board of Regents,"
5. Page 5, Lines 138 and 139: After "(b)" delete the rest of line 138 and 139 and insert "The State Board of Regents shall determine if additional baccalaureate programs are required at Dixie State College to meet the needs of students at that institution.
(c) If the board determines that additional programs are necessary under Subsection (2)(b), they shall be made available to students no later than the beginning of the 2002 fall semester."
