1. Page 12, Line 364: After "convicted" insert ", within the past 12 months," and after "(iii)" insert "with respect to a substance classified in Schedule I or II or a controlled substance analog"
2. Page 15, Line 459: After "convicted" insert "within the past 12 months" and after "(iii)" insert "with respect to a substance classified in Schedule I or II or a controlled substance analog"
3. Page 21, Line 636: Delete "petition" and insert "motion"
