1.    Page 1, Line 9:    Delete "AND" and after "DATE" insert "; AND PROVIDING A COORDINATION CLAUSE"

2.    Page 1, Line 16:    After "prevention," insert "reduction,"

3.    Page 1, Line 18:    Delete "state" and "the Department of Health"

4.    Page 2, Line 38

         Renumber the remaining subsections accordingly.

    2-18-2000:    After line 66 insert:
        "Section 3. Coordination clause.
        If this bill and 3rd Sub. S.B. 15, Use of Tobacco Settlement Revenues, both pass, it is the intent of the Legislature that Section 63-97-103 in this bill be renumbered as Section 63-97-401."
