    Goldenrod
    Senate 2nd Reading Amendments 2-7-2000:After Line 46b insert:
        "(c) The department shall permanently destroy the recording made under Subsection (5)(b) not later than 24 hours after the completion of the execution."

2.    Page 2, Line 47
    Goldenrod
    Senate 2nd Reading Amendments 2-7-2000:Delete "(c)" and insert "(d)"
