ACCOUNTS OF POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS

3 2001 GENERAL SESSION

6 This act modifies a chapter entitled "Accounts of Political Subdivisions." This act repeals
7 certain obsolete and duplicative requirements governing public construction work.
8 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
9 REPEALS:
10 51-3-1, Utah Code Annotated 1953
11 51-3-2, Utah Code Annotated 1953
12 51-3-3, as last amended by Chapter 84, Laws of Utah 1997
13 51-3-4, Utah Code Annotated 1953
14 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
15 Section 1. Repealer.
16 This act repeals:
17 Section 51-3-1, Estimate of cost of public works.
18 Section 51-3-2, Accounts to show detail and distribution.
19 Section 51-3-3, Publication of costs of public works.
20 Section 51-3-4, Records open to inspection -- Copies to be furnished.
