MASTER ROAD AMENDMENTS

5 This act modifies the Transportation Code by amending certain state highway routes.
6 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:

14 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
15 Section 1. Section 72-4-110 is amended to read:
16 72-4-110. State highways -- SR-41 to SR-46, SR-48, SR-50.
17 State highways include:
18 (1) SR-41. From Route 15 south of Nephi northerly through Nephi to Route 15 north of
19 Nephi.
20 (2) SR-42. From the Utah-Idaho state line near Strevell, Idaho, easterly to Route 30 at
21 Curlew Junction.
22 (3) SR-43. From the Utah-Wyoming state line about 6-1/2 miles west of Manila easterly
23 through Manila to the Utah-Wyoming state line about three miles east of Manila.
24 (4) SR-44. From Route 191 at Greendale Junction northwesterly to Route 43 in Manila.
25 (5) SR-45. From the Evacuation Wash Area south of Bonanza northwesterly through
26 Bonanza to Route 40 southeast of Vernal, near Naples.
27 (6) SR-46. From Route 191 at LaSal Junction easterly to the Utah-Colorado state line.

28 (7) SR-48. From [a point 1.8 miles west of the post office] the Kennecott gate in
29 Copperton [easterly] northeasterly to [North Holden Street] 7800 South then easterly on 7800
30 South to Route 68 in [Midvale] West Jordan; then [north on North Holden Street and 700 West
31 Street to 7200 South Street; then east to] beginning again at Route 68 easterly on 7000 South and
32 7200 South to Route 89.
33 (8) SR-50. From Route 6 in Delta southeasterly to Holden, then northerly to Route 15 and
34 beginning again at Route 15 near Scipio; then easterly to Main Street in Scipio; then south on Main
35 Street to Center Street in Scipio; then southeasterly to a junction with Route 89 in Salina.
36 Section 2. Section 72-4-115 is amended to read:
37 72-4-115. State highways -- SR-91 to SR-100.
38 State highways include:
39 (1) SR-91. From Route 15 south of Brigham City; then easterly through Brigham Canyon
40 and Logan to the Utah-Idaho state line near Franklin, Idaho.
41 (2) SR-92. From Route 15 near Point of the Mountain east through American Fork
42 Canyon to Route 189 in Provo Canyon.
43 (3) SR-93. From the on- and off-ramps on the west side of Route 15, east along the south
44 city limits of Woods Cross to Route 89.
45 (4) SR-94. From Route 70 northeasterly to Thompson.
46 (5) SR-95. From Route 24 east of Hanksville southerly crossing near the confluence of
47 the Dirty Devil and Colorado Rivers to a point 4.3 miles south of Blanding on Route 191.
48 (6) SR-96. From Clear Creek northerly through Scofield to Route 6 near Colton.
49 (7) SR-97. From Route [108] 37 in Hooper east on 5500 South and 5600 South [Street]
50 in Roy to the Hill Air Force Base Northwest gate.
51 [(8) SR-98. From Route 37 at Hooper east to Route 108.]
52 [(9)] (8) SR-99. From Route 15 south of Fillmore northerly through Fillmore to Route 15.
53 [(10)] (9) SR-100. From Route 99 in Fillmore westerly then northerly to Route 50 west
54 of Holden.
55 Section 3. Section 72-4-120 is amended to read:
56 72-4-120. State highways -- SR-141 to SR-151.
57 State highways include:
58 (1) SR-141. From Route 6 in Genola to Route 147 west of Payson.

59 (2) SR-142. From Route 23 near Newton to Clarkston; then easterly through Trenton to
60 Route 91 in Richmond.
61 (3) SR-143. From Route 15 west of Parowan easterly through Parowan, then southerly
62 to the Panguitch Lake Road, then easterly and northerly coincident with the Panguitch Lake Road
63 to Route 89 in Panguitch.
64 (4) SR-144. From Route 92 in American Fork Canyon northerly to Tibble Fork Reservoir.
65 (5) SR-145. From Route 15 east on Main Street in American Fork to Route 89.
66 (6) SR-146. From Route 89 at Pleasant Grove northerly to Route 92 near the mouth of
67 American Fork Canyon.
68 (7) SR-147. From Route [6 at Payson westerly to] 141, McBeth Corner; then northerly
69 four miles; then east approximately three miles to Benjamin; then north approximately one mile;
70 then easterly crossing Route 89 one mile; then north to Mapleton; then west to Route 89.
71 (8) SR-148. From Route 14 north to Cedar Breaks National Monument south boundary.
72 (9) SR-149. From Route 40 at Jensen northerly to Dinosaur National Monument
73 boundary.
74 (10) SR-150. From Route 32 in Kamas easterly to Mirror Lake and northerly to
75 Utah-Wyoming state line.
76 (11) SR-151. From Route 68 east on 10400 South Street to 1300 West Street; then
77 southeasterly to 10600 South Street; then east on 10600 South Street to Route 15.
78 Section 4. Section 72-4-123 is amended to read:
79 72-4-123. State highways -- SR-171 to SR-174, SR-178, SR-180.

81 (1) SR-171. From Route 111 at Eighty-fourth West Street and Thirty-fifth South Street
82 easterly on Thirty-fifth South Street and Thirty-third South Street to Route 215 at the east-side belt

85 (3) SR-173. From Route 111 southeast of Magna easterly through Kearns and Murray to
86 Route 89 at 5300 South Street in Murray.
87 (4) SR-174. From Intermountain Power Plant maingate southeasterly to Route 6 south of
88 Lynndyl.
89 (5) SR-178. From the southbound on and off ramps of Route 15 east on 800 South in

91 [(5)] (6) SR-180. From Route 15 southeast of American Fork northerly on Fifth East
92 Street to Route 89 in American Fork.
93 Section 5. Section 72-4-136 is amended to read:
94 72-4-136. State highways -- SR-301 to SR-304, SR-306, SR-308 to SR-310.

96 (1) SR-301. From the boat ramp at Steinaker State Park northeasterly to Route [44] 191
97 near the north end of Steinaker Reservoir.
98 (2) SR-302. From Route 32 near the south end of Rockport Reservoir northwesterly to
99 a point near the north boundary of Rockport State Park.
100 (3) SR-303. From the Goblin Valley Overlook northerly to the Goblin Valley State Park
101 north boundary.
102 (4) SR-304. From the parking lot at the beach area in Hyrum State Park northwesterly to
103 a junction with Center Street and Fifth South Street in Hyrum City.
104 (5) SR-306. From the parking area north to Route 66 near the north end of East Canyon
105 Lake State Park.
106 (6) SR-308. From a local road at the south boundary of Kodachrome Basin State Park
107 northerly to where pavement ends and one way traffic begins.
108 (7) SR-309. From a local road northerly to the parking area at Millsite Lake State Park.
109 (8) SR-310. From the parking area at Minersville Lake State Park east to Route 21.
110 Section 6. Section 72-4-137 is amended to read:

114 (2) SR-312. From the parking area at the south marina of Willard Bay State Park east to

116 (3) SR-313. From the camping area at Dead Horse Point northerly to Route 191 near
117 Seven Mile Canyon.
118 (4) SR-314. From Route 189 northwesterly to the boat ramp at Deer Creek Lake State
119 Recreation area.
120 (5) SR-315. From the parking area at the marina of Willard Bay North State Recreation

121 Area northerly to 750 North in Willard, then east to Route 89.
122 (6) SR-316. From the Great Goosenecks of the San Juan State Park northeasterly to Route
123 261.
124 (7) SR-317. Roads and parking areas at the Calvin L. Rampton Complex.
125 (8) SR-318. From Route 9 northerly to Quail Creek State Park pay gate.
126 (9) SR-319. From the southbound on and off ramps of Route 40, Mayflower Interchange
127 southeasterly to the [end of constructed road; then via proposed road to a point where the boat
128 ramp at the] Jordanelle State Park [will begin] fee station.
129 (10) SR-320. Department of Public Safety Emergency Vehicle Operation Range at Camp
130 Williams.
131 (11) SR-666. From Route 191 at Monticello east to the Utah-Colorado state line.
