    2-21-2001:    After "annexation is" delete "publicly" and after "owned" insert "by a public entity that is not the federal government"

2.    Page 8, Line 218
    House Committee Amendments,
    2-21-2001:    At the beginning of line 218 delete "owners" and insert "owner"

3.    Page 15a, Line 460d
    House Committee Amendments,
    2-22-2001:    After "(II)" insert "notwithstanding any protests filed under this section,"
