Representative Alexander proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 25, Line 913:    After Line 913 insert:
        " Section 4. Coordination clause.
        It is the intent of the Legislature that if this bill and H.B. 34 or any substitute of H.B. 34 pass and provide duplicate funding, that the funding provided in H.B. 34 or any substitute of H.B. 34 supersedes the funding in this bill. "
