Representative Harper proposes the following amendments:

    House Committee Amendments,
    2-22-2001:    After " also" insert " provides an effective date and"

2.    Page 3, Line 66g
    House Committee Amendments,
    2-22-2001:    After "(e)(i)" delete "Each agency" and insert "The assessor of each county in which the agency is located"

3.    Page 3, Line 66n
    House Committee Amendments,
    2-22-2001:    Delete "agency" and insert "county assessor"

4.    Page 8, Line 216
    House Committee Amendments,
    2-22-2001:    After line 216 insert:

        "Section 2. Effective date.
        This act takes effect June 1, 2001."

         Renumber remaining sections accordingly.
