Vice Chair Winn called the meeting to order at 2:11 p.m.
Vice Chair Winn asked committee members, staff, and audience members to introduce themselves.
H.B. 55 Tow Truck Requirements (J. Gowans)
Representative Gowans explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Representative King moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Representative McCartney absent for the vote.
The committee walked for several minutes waiting for bill sponsors.
MOTION: Representative Morgan moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Representative Dougall and Representative McCartney absent for the vote.
Vice Chair Winn adjourned the meeting at 2:40 p.m.
