LONG TITLE
General Description:
This joint resolution of the Legislature reappoints the Legislative Fiscal Analyst.

Special Clauses:

Be it resolved by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
WHEREAS, as provided in Utah Code Annotated Subsection 36-12-7 (3), the
Legislative Management Committee has recommended the reappointment of John E. Massey as
Legislative Fiscal Analyst for the Legislature; and
WHEREAS, the reappointment of John E. Massey as Legislative Fiscal Analyst for the
Legislature for a term of office of six years commencing August 1, 2004, is subject by statute to
the further approval of a majority vote of both the Senate and the House of Representatives:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Legislature of the state of Utah that
John E. Massey's reappointment as Legislative Fiscal Analyst for the Legislature is approved for
a six-year term of office commencing August 1, 2004.
