             7      LONG TITLE
             8      General Description:
             9          This bill repeals provisions from Child and Family Services and Personnel
             10      Management.
             11      Highlighted Provisions:
             12          This bill:
             13          .    repeals a provision authorizing the Division of Child and Family Services to certify
             14      child welfare social service workers and child welfare social workers for purposes
             15      of calculating benefits and salary ranges; and
             16          .    repeals a provision specifying how pay plans for certified child welfare workers are
             17      to be developed by the Department of Human Resource Management.

             23      REPEALS:
             24          62A-4a-107.1, as enacted by Chapter 362, Laws of Utah 2001
             25          67-19-12.4, as enacted by Chapter 362, Laws of Utah 2001

             27      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:



             28          Section 1. Repealer.
             29          This bill repeals:
             30          Section 62A-4a-107.1, Designation of certified child welfare social service workers
             31      and child welfare social workers.
             32          Section 67-19-12.4, Certified child welfare social service workers' and child
             33      welfare social workers' personnel pay plans.
